The Mauch Men/Boy's

On Saturday we got together with Jason's family. It was great to see everyone. We actually got a picture of all the Mauch men/boys.
Jason's cousin Justin just had a baby boy, so now there are 3 Mauch boy's in the world to carry on the name. :)

Christmas Day!

5:45 AM - Opened Presents!!!! NO, I am not joking
11:30 AM - Went to Movies....Saw Alvin and the Chipmunks "The Squeakual"
3:30 PM - Went to Lisa's for Christmas Dinner
7:00 PM - Came home and the boys (and Jason) played Lego Guitar Hero until they went to bed!!!!

Christmas Eve 2009

We went to Lisa's for Christmas Eve. That has been the tradition since my parents moved away. We always have a great time and of course EAT TOO MUCH! Rudy cooks too good! :)

Christmas "Eve", "Eve" (Dec. 23rd)

The boys made their own Christmas Tree cakes! It was a lot of fun for them. They did almost all of it themselves.......
Later that night, Lisa and the kids came over and we all opened our presents from my mom and dad. We miss you guys so much! Thank you for the gifts!!!

Our Christmas Gift's to Eachother!

Today Jason and I went and got our Christmas Presents for one another.
It is a little early, but they needed time to heal. :)
This is just the outline for both tattoo's. We will get the rest done in 2 weeks. I will send a picture of the "finished projects" then.
Let me just say....NEVER GET A TATTOO ON YOUR SIDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was the worse pain ever! I cannot even believe I have to go back to get it finished. :)

Out with the Steven's Family

Saturday night we went to dinner at Papa Lucci's with our good friends.
It was such a nice night. We planned to go look at the lights down in Naples, but apparently the Boat Parade was the same night and there were WAY TOO MANY PEOPLE!

Disneyland

On Friday night we decided to go to Disneyland (as well as 80,000 other people)! :)
It was soooooo crowded, but we had a great time and it was so pretty all decorated for Christmas. (I forgot my camera, so Jennifer took the picts for me). I will post more when I get them.

Thanksgiving

We had Thanksgiving at our house. It was really nice and we were blessed to have so much family here. All the cousins had so much fun! It was a great day and we all have so much to be Thankful for. I hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving too!

My Boy's

After the week I have had, I just wanted to say I love my boys and am so thankful for them. Aren't they so cute too! :)
I also want to thank Jason for being so helpful with the boys this week while I hung out with my friend. Thanks Babe for all your support!

Friends

So, Jessica came out this week. Obviously it was under very unfortunate sircumstances, but it did give us some time to hang out together. It also gave the boys a chance to hang out with their friend Aaron.
I am very blessed to have the friends I have and am so thankful for my friendship with Jessica! :)

New Moon!!!!

Well.............
Me, Lisa and a couple of girlfriend's went to the midnight premier of New Moon.
It was such a good movie! However, sitting in the cold for 3 hours with hundreds of other people waiting, and waiting.....well, that was a bit tough. :)
We did have a lot of fun, but I doubt I will ever do that again.
"Remind me that in June when Eclipse comes out". HEHEHE

Grandma's Memorial

Well, we went to Fresno last weekend for my grandma's memorial.
I am really glad I went. It was a great celebration of her life, and the eternal life she now has in Heaven.
I saw a lot of cousins and family I haven't seen in years. Thought I would share some picts.

Nick got the Principal's award at school last week. He is doing so awesome in school and we are SOOOOOOO proud of him.

Friday night I had a Tastefully Simple Party. It turned in to a mini reunion of a few of the friends I used to work with at NYK. :)
It was a fun time.

Halloween

On Halloween we went trick or treating with one of the boy's friends from soccer.
We went to a great neighborhood. They got SOOOO much candy! We also stopped by Aunt Gloria and Uncle Marty's house.

I'll miss you Grandma....

Today October 30th 2009, my grandma Lowery passed away.
Even though we go threw times in our lives that we do not see our grandparents, we always remember them for the things we did and memories we made when we were young. As a child, grandparents mean the world to us. As we grow up, we grow distant from them. Then they pass away, and we have regret.......
Over the past 3 years, I have lost my Grandpa Flores, my Grandma Cranston, and now my Grandma Lowery. It never gets easier. Death is such a sad thing to face. Although I have such different memories with each grandparent that passes, I am so thankful that i have those memories and i will always cherish each one of them.
In the midst of my sadness today, I also want to rejoice in the fact that my grandma as well as all of the grandparents i have lost.....are now in heaven with God. I know that one day I will see them all again and in that, we can not just be sad, but celebrate the life they had as well as the new "painless" life they now live in heaven.

Car/Air Show

Today we went to a car/air show at the Naval base in Los Alamitos. It was hot, but....we had fun. It was really cool to see all the old cars and we were able to go in to some of the aircraft's they had there. The boys went rock climbing and had shaved ice. What can be better then that for a couple of boys.
Cars, planes, rock climbing, and shaved ice........... LOL!
