The boy's graduated from 6th Grade last week, and will be moving on to Middle School next year. :(

They were at their school for 7 years.  The boys are great kids and never got in trouble in all their years there and we cannot be more proud of them.  They both got awards on the last day of school.  Nick got all 5's and Chris got all 4's.  We had a little celebration at our house after school for just a few kids, but they had  a great time. 

6th Grade Dance

I seriously cannot believe the boys will be finishing 6th grade this Friday. :(

It seems like they just started Kindergarten, and now here they are....7 years later!

Friday night was their 6th grade Celebration, which was actually just a dance.  YES a dance!  Their very first dance!  They looked so handsome, and so big.  Enjoy..............

I got home from Texas on Sunday and then we went straight to Jason's company picnic at Irvine Lake.

They have a ton of stuff for the kids to do and a ton of food to eat. :)

I don't know how Chris goes on that ride and doesn't throw up!  I would be puking!!!

I am in Texas!  It is my 4th year coming to visit my BFF Jessica.  We are having a great time shopping, eating, getting pedicures, going to movies and talking.  Can't beat that!  :)

Vegas....

This weekend we went to Las Vegas! It was a short trip and very last minute planned, but all in all it was fun. We had to squeeze a lot in to one day. We rented a convertible mustang and drove up Saturday morning, then drove home Sunday morning. The car was fun, but not made for a 4 hour trip with 4 people in it. Way too small! I haven't been to Vegas in about 10 years. It is amazing how much you forget when it has been that long. Just an FYI...it isn't the best place for 12 year olds, but we made it as "family" oriented as we could. :)

Jason won about $350 too, so he was happy. You should have seen him with those black chips in his hand! He was on cloud 9! :)

On Friday I went to the mother/son dance at the boys school. It was sports theme.

We had a great time. I was pleasantly surprised.
